The Economic Development Collaborative-Ventura County (EDC-VC) is a public/private partnership that provides businesses with professional consulting, training and lending services to help them thrive and add jobs. Led by visionary public and local private company member-investors, EDC-VC’s goals are to build a healthy, sustainable economy that supports our high quality of life.

REACH is a private sector-led economic action coalition committed to solving shared challenges and shaping a vibrant economic future for nearly half a million people on the Central Coast. Our mission is to drive regional economic prosperity through big thinking, bold action and regional collaboration with cities, counties, education and other economic development organizations. Launched in 2018 as the Hourglass Project, REACH embraces a spirit of regionalism that is essential to creating a more sustainable, inclusive economy across 10 cities, two counties and dozens of community service districts stretching from Vandenberg Air Force Base in northern Santa Barbara County through San Luis Obispo County to Camp Roberts in southern Monterey County.
